The number of homes available for sale fell even further, as Realtor.com explained in a recent article:<\/span><\/p>\n

“During December 2021, the number of homes for sale fell 26.8% compared to the same time last year. This means there are about 177,000 fewer homes for sale in what is already a typically slower month due to the holidays and colder weather.”<\/span><\/p>\n
